Frequently Asked Questions
Find out more about Elsewhere on 10th by viewing the questions below regarding reservations, our prices, and more.
-
May I make a reservation?Yes. Reservations are encouraged. Also, if you are in a hurry, you may call and order ahead so that your meal is ready when you arrive. For reservations, please call. We are not currently using an online reservation system. If our phones are busy, you may email (lia@elsewhereon10th.com) and ask us to contact you.
-
Why is Elsewhere so expensive?Eating seasonally and locally and healthfully is just a little more expensive these days. But not everything is expensive! Elsewhere offers meals ranging from $5 and up. Meats and seafoods are market price. With a few exceptions our meats are hyper local (Wilkes, Ashe, and Watagua counties), and our seafood is wild caught in NC waters. Just remember the more you ask for and support local and responsible foods, the less expensive they will be in the future!
-
Do you make accomodations for guests with special dietary needs?Yes! We are happy to make dishes for our guests who may have dietary restrictions or special requests, including vegan/vegetarian, gluten free, no dairy, no salt, etc. Please either call ahead or ask your server when you get here to let the kitchen know what you need.
-
Is Elsewhere family friendly?Yes! We are a casual space. We have high chairs and booster seats, and a kid's menu. We are parents too, and are happy to prepare something tasty for your kids to eat.
-
Can you accomodate meetings? We have several private rooms that are perfect for small gatherings, parties, and meetings. Additionally, our dining room is available on evenings and weekends for special events.
